3rd October 2008 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NNW Wind Stength: 25-10 knots Surf / Sea State: 2 foot surf Air Temperature: 9ºC Sea Temperature: 15ºC Weather: Sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Grrrr.....Went to the beach with my small board and had a go with the 5m sail as it was 25 knots, gusting to 30. Got on the water and there just wasn't enough wind so headed home to get my bigger wave board. back to the beach and set up but by now the wind had dropped off completely to around 12 knots so I didn't even bother getting on the water this time. Waited around for an hour but wind didn't return. What a waste of time! |
